Securely pack the products in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, mounting hardware, and manuals to ensure eligibility for a full refund.
Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided shipping label or send the package to our designated EU processing facility using a tracked shipping service to prevent loss or damage.
Inspection and Refund
